Payment
The website does not take payment when you send a request. Payment method, deposit and verified details are provided after review.
Production and delivery
Production timing begins after specifications, artwork and required payment are confirmed. Collection or delivery, cost, carrier and expected timing are agreed separately.
Problems and cancellation
Report a mismatch with the order number, description and photos. Custom work may have cancellation limits after special materials are purchased or production begins; any remedy follows the facts and applicable law.
The Ukrainian version governs the interpretation of these terms.
