We may process account and contact details, product specifications, uploaded artwork, request history and security data needed to operate the service.
Purposes
We use this information to provide accounts, prepare quotes, agree artwork, produce orders, support customers, protect the service and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and rights
We keep information only as long as needed for the order, support, accounting, security and legitimate claims. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Files and Canva
Artwork is restricted to the order owner and authorised staff. When you connect Canva, Canva’s own terms also apply and you can disconnect it from the design studio.
The Ukrainian version governs the interpretation of these terms.
